Description:

T47 International is currently hiring for quality assurance staff to support the Training and Education Center located at Tennessee Air National Guard.

Responsibilities:

Under general supervision of Project Management, QA’s perform a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly and safe environment; and perform related work as required.

Qualifications:

Housekeeping or custodial supervisory experience. Custodial and building maintenance in a facility or hospitality setting preferred. Background in floor care is a plus

Certifications:

Ability to obtain or complete, pesticides, asbestos, bloodborne pathogens training certificates and back safety classes. Current CPR and first aid training preferred.

Compensation:

Full-Time W2: $14.00 per hour

Benefits:

Full-Time W2: 80 hours of personal time per year (accrued); 10 federal holidays; Medical Benefits; 401K

Schedule:

Monday – Friday from 0600; 1400; 2000 hours (all 8.5 hours shifts, including 30 minute lunch)

Years of experience:

One year of housekeeping or custodial supervisory experience.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Duties:

Quality Assurance Staff will also be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the following is done by the housekeeping staff as well as:

  • Notification of emergency issues {water leakage, broken windows, structural damage, plumbing fixtures, and electrical issues) reported within 15 minutes of discovery.
  • Check equipment for maintenance issues
  • Check for spots on carpets
  • Any issues detrimental to the buildings (interior/exterior)
  • Maintain a pro-active approach to ensuring proper measures are taken for optimum facility maintenance
  • Assist housekeeping staff in identifying and addressing maintenance issues in and around facilities, including rooms and common areas (light bulb outages, etc.)
  • Shall inspect fire extinguishers monthly and maintain OSHA fire standards
  • Maintain and/or replace signage and placards (provided by Government), e.g., room housekeeping requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
